After winning a number of pitches over the last few years, we’ve been proud to work with Merseytravel to deliver a range of strategic and targeted campaigns to drive ticket sales across their bus, rail and ferry services.
A key focus of our approach has been to dive deep and conduct thorough research, strategy and testing to truly understand the audience for each campaign.
This allows us to craft the right message and connect with the right people, resulting in more effective creative, and more successful outcomes for Merseytravel.
Merseytravel Campaigns: Season Ticket
A campaign designed to help to maintain awareness of, and promote, Merseytravel Season Tickets throughout the year. We created a series of characters to help us position the tickets as a season essential, clearly communicating the core benefits of the product to regular commuters.
Bus Campaigns: MyTicket
MyTicket is a one-day bus ticket that enables anyone between the ages of 5-18 to take multiple journeys across all boundaries in the city region.
We delivered a fresh and dynamic campaign to attract the attention of young people, promoting the sense of freedom and independence.
Mersey Ferries Campaigns: Liverpool Bay Cruises
The Liverpool Bay Cruise is a three hour guided tour, sailing in to the bay to reveal panoramic views of Liverpool’s UNESCO World Heritage waterfront and historic coastline.
Aimed at a mature audience, we set out to create a sense of nostalgia, working with illustrator Dave Thompson to craft a hero scene in the vibrant tones of 1950s travel art.
